I teach private, corporate and group yoga classes online and offline in both London and Milton Keynes. I enjoy creating the kind of class I have always loved attending myself. A place where you can connect with friendly, like-minded people, have fun while getting stronger and more balanced. We all have to start somewhere so don’t worry if you are a complete beginner, as my classes will be the perfect starting point. I offer modifications, hands on adjustments and assisted stretching.
The different styles I teach are explained below:
During this style of yoga, we hold the postures for some time, focusing on withdrawing our senses inward, correct alignment and controlling the breath. This style of yoga is suitable for anyone wanting to build strength, and learn the fundamentals of yoga. However, that doesn’t mean it’s just for beginners. This class is ideal for all levels and especially for anyone wanting to incorporate meditation into their practice. Based on the classical Sivananda Tradition, it is yoga in its purest form with the aim to make you stronger, healthier and more energetically balanced in body and mind.
This style of yoga gives you more of a cardio workout as we flow from one pose to another, combining breath-work and movement. Vinyasa is one of the most popular forms of yoga and is suitable for all levels. This style is great for anyone who prefers a more dynamic practice with some fun postures thrown in every now and then for good measure.
No matter which yoga class you take I will focus on breath control and correct alignment, always maintaining the integrity of the posture. All my classes are designed to bring you energetic-alignment through balancing the chakras.
For the mind to become healthier, we must to learn to find balance in the mind. My guided meditations are a great way to learn how to quieten the mind.
Meditation can be incorporated into the class either at the beginning or end of your practice, or alternatively, it can be booked alone.
The choice is yours.
